Mubea Belleville spring installation guide
1. Model of Belleville spring: P n 1801 57, size: 200X 102x5.5, t '= 5.3, Lo = 7.
2. The whole length direction of the inner guide element and all elements contacting with the spring shall be hardened and polished. The polished surface roughness Ra is less than 3.2um, and the hardness is greater than 55HRC.
3. A certain clearance is required between the spring and the guide to ensure that the lubricant has sufficient flow space and the guide is correct. The inner guide is adopted, and the total guide clearance is 1.0mm according to the disc inner diameter of 102mm, that is, the clearance between the single side and the guide piece is 0.5mm. As shown in Figure A: T = 1.0 mm.
4. Make sure that the spring surface is free of any scratches during installation. The scratch of spring surface will affect its fatigue life.
5. Springs must be used with oil or lubricant.
