The standard series of Belleville springs (din2093 standard size) includes 146 lattice size series with an outer diameter of 8mm to 250mm. The materials used are ck67 and 51CrV4, which are all in stock and can be shipped directly from the warehouse. The standard surface anti-corrosion coating is phosphatized and oiled.
Special series of non-standard Belleville springs include 153 lattice size series with an outer diameter of 70mm to 600mm. Special series disc spring parts can be supplied directly from the warehouse, but the warehouse has production mold, which can be processed according to the order. The stainless steel Belleville spring product series is made of x12crni17 7 and x7cr nial17 7 stainless steel, which can be supplied from the warehouse.

3. Surface treatment:
General surface treatment: add lubricating oil after phosphoric acid treatment
Special surface treatment: galvanizing, steel, inscription, metal film, baking varnish and other electroplating may produce carbonized layer. If special surface treatment is required, please discuss in our company.

In order to make the decreasing curve parallel to the disc spring with different thickness, the weak spring must be designed with overload protection.
6. Design considerations:
When the Belleville spring is combined in series, there must be an inner guide post or outer ring, and the inner palm post or outer ring must be heat treated to hrc52 degree before grinding and polishing.

7. Friction coefficient and shock absorption
A. Constant instant impact will reduce the service life of the spring.
B. When the spring is overloaded or the pressure is relaxed rapidly, the spring will produce hysteria and scratch the spring.
C. It is shown that the calculated elastic force of the itinerary table is 25x12.2x0.9mm reed as an example. Compared with 4 groups of 4 pieces of parallel stack and 2 groups of parallel stack, it can be seen that the increase of friction force is obvious. The more pieces of parallel stack, the greater friction force will be produced.
